We provide full-service floral and event design for weddings, bridal showers, and specialized celebrations across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. This encompasses everything from personal florals (bouquets, boutonnieres) to intimate tablescapes and grand-scale architectural installations.

Wild Theory Floral & Event Design has been creating floral experiences in the Greater Toronto Area since 1998. We originally opened our first design studio under the name D&D Floral Designs Inc., building a foundation of craftsmanship and client-focused service over more than two decades.
Step 1: THE CONSULTATION
Your experience begins with a design consultation with Daniela Miceli, Owner and Head Designer of Wild Theory Floral and Event Design. Daniela will take the time to get to know you personally by understanding your vision for your special day.
Step 2: THE PROPOSAL & INITIAL ESTIMATE
After your initial consultation, Daniela will create the initial proposal and estimate for your review.
Step 3: Securing Your Date & Continued Planning
1. To officially book our services and secure your date, we require a signed contract and a deposit. Once finalized, we will move forward with several follow-up consultations to refine every detail of your floral or event design.
2. Once your date is secured with a signed contract and deposit, we begin the deep-dive planning phase. We will schedule a series of follow-up consultations to ensure your vision is perfectly translated into our final design.
3. We officially reserve your date upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit. From there, we’ll transition into the heart of the creative process with dedicated follow-up consultations to finalize your event’s aesthetic.

Not at all. Your initial consultation with Owner and Head Designer Daniela is a collaborative discovery session. Whether you have a highly curated mood board or just a feeling you want to capture, we will work together to refine your aesthetic, discuss your desired blooms, and establish a cohesive design theory for your event.
Yes — we welcome inquiries for weddings, bridal showers, corporate functions, galas, baptisms, and more. Consultations help us understand your style, budget, and vision to create something truly unique.

Yes, we provide floral rentals and event design elements to complement your floral arrangements and bring your full vision to life. If furniture or additional table accessories are desired, we can source them through our preferred vendors.
We recommend reaching out as early as possible — ideally 9–12 months for weddings and large events — to secure your date and allow ample time for design planning. Shorter timelines are possible depending on availability.
Nature is beautifully unpredictable. While we always strive to source your specific requests, our design philosophy allows us to pivot to premium, “designer’s choice” alternatives if a certain bloom isn’t up to our standard. We prioritize the overall mood, color palette, and texture of your design above all else.
Every event we design is entirely bespoke. We do not offer rigid packages because no two venues, client visions, or seasonal flower availabilities are exactly alike. Your proposal will be custom-tailored to your specific aesthetic, guest count, and logistical needs.
Absolutely. Our full-service experience means you do not lift a finger on your event day. Our team handles the complete, complex installation of all floral elements. At the end of the night, we return for a full teardown, ensuring the venue is cleared and your experience remains entirely worry-free.
While we have been proudly designing events in the GTA since 1998, we are available for travel. If your event takes place outside of our standard service area, travel and accommodation fees will be factored into your custom proposal. Please contact us to discuss.
